Risk and Compliance Specialist I

What You'll Do Perform thorough investigations and make actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders using established guidelines. Conduct data and root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions to improve operational outcomes. Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable insights. Identify and share trends, insights, defects, and opportunities for process and operational improvement. Participate in collaborative discussions and share best practices with partners, agents, and stakeholders. Provide subject matter expertise to teammates and support evolving workflows and operational priorities. Follow procedures and defined process paths with precision while maintaining high-quality documentation and compliance standards. Basic Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in service quality assurance, compliance, banking, insurance, fraud, consulting, or another regulated environment. Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Excellence in active listening and empathetic communication, particularly when dealing with complex or frustrated stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Ready to Ride?
